Kleym is an online service (SaaS) that helps UGC content creators track the delivery of their videos in Meta's public Ad Library, spot rights overruns and prepare the material for a claim (an indicative amount and a Proof of Ad Delivery report).

The service is intended for professionals (creators acting in the course of their business). The conditions of use and sale are set out in the terms of sale and use.

The Kleym brand, the website, its interface, texts, visuals and code are the exclusive property of the publishing company or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Videos, brands and content imported by users remain the property of their respective owners. Data from Meta's Ad Library remains subject to Meta's terms.

Kleym provides a tool that helps detect rights overruns and prepare claims from public data. Estimated amounts and generated reports are provided for information only; they are neither legal advice nor an enforceable decision. Sending a claim and any approach to a brand are the sole responsibility of the user.
